Exercises

3D drills have been created with the software Tactics Manager since January 2019. (Old software: Pro Training 3D).

Tactical Sequences: Offensive Width (with 1 RB, 1 CB, 1 LF, 1 CM, 1 CAM)

 

Training exercise, that focuses on keeping the possession of the ball and exploiting width.


Tactical exercise: Finishing (10v6)

 

Specific training exercise to practice switching from exploiting width to exploiting depth, in order to effectively move on from the preparation phase to scoring and execute the final thrust.


Positional developments: 8x6 Build up from the back with 1 CM + 1 GK & 6 players on the outside

 

Training exercise to improve building-up from the back while defense works on intercepting the ball and immediately passing the ball toward the GK.


Face-offs: 3 zones 2v2

 

This training exercise focuses on both attacking and defending tactical cooperation in small spaces.


Tactical exercise: Finishing (9v5)

 

Specific training exercise to practice switching from exploiting width to exploiting depth, in order to effectively move on from the preparation phase to scoring and execute the final thrust.


Tiki-Taka switching: 3v3 +1 with 4 small goals

 

Possession drill with additional objective: to go past target zone and score on goal.
